The two-piece plug design separates the metal shell shield from the RJ45 body, allowing for easier insertion of large diameter 10G LAN cables and improving NEXT performance by reducing the length of untwisted wires inside the plug.These innovative RJ45 modular plugs are equipped with the patented Cap45 (PATENT: 10,811,831 B1), an isolation cap/bar that snaps onto the front of the plug after termination, covering exposed wire ends and eliminating any electrical risks.
