With its soft velour cover, it promises not just warmth but also a cozy seating experience.The heart of the Deluxe Velour Heated Seat Cushion is its newly redesigned heating element. It now features a copper nickel alloy wire wound over a fiberglass core, encapsulated in a high-temperature silicone sheath. This new heating element is more efficient than its brass predecessor, ensuring even heat distribution across the entire seat cushion. The fiberglass core adds flexibility and reduces fatigue, while maintaining a high tensile strength. This results in improved heat transfer, increased durability, and enhanced safety.The cushion also features a redesigned pressure pad. Previously integrated as a safety feature to turn off the device when not in use, the new Deluxe Velour Heated Seat Cushion now includes a larger, patented pressure pad in the seat area. This accommodates different individual seating styles, adding to the overall comfort and usability of the cushion.The strapping system of the cushion has been updated as well. The new straps come with metal cinch hooks at the bottom and an adjustable strap at the back. The rear strap can now be easily opened to fit seats with built-in seatbelts, a feature added based on customer feedback.The cushion's controller has also been revamped. It now sports an ergonomic design with an upgraded PCB and an LED light to indicate when the device is heating. The three-position switch (Hi-Off-Low) allows you to adjust the heating level to your preferred setting.Safety remains a top priority. The DC adapter features a built-in fuse to protect the cushion from overload, and an LED on the DC plug shows when it's receiving power.
