Designed to trim thick branches and neaten hedgerows quicker and easier than previous generations of battery powered tools, this machine is part of Black Decker's new DualVolt range which allows the gardener to take advantage of the high power operation afforded by recent advances in lithium ion battery technology.As well as providing the higher voltages necessary for these new tools, DualVolt batteries are backwards compatible with Black & Decker's 18v lithium ion system, meaning you can share one battery between a huge range of garden & DIY power tools.
