The 14-gauge steel base is reinforced at all load-bearing junctions, providing enhanced stability and strength.The rack unit is finished in a black wrinkle powder epoxy, offering a sleek and professional appearance. Its beveled edge corners add to its refined aesthetic. The solid steel door, which can be mounted to swing left or right, extends 1" from the frame and is equipped with a key lock for added security. The door also features vents above and below for optimal airflow.The rear of the unit houses a reversible recessed door with upper and lower vents and a key lock. Removable knockout panels are located in the frame above and below the door, featuring combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2"). The top panels also include KOs for wireless antennae (1/2").The sides of the LPR-2427 24U Portable Rack Unit are welded and feature handles and upper and lower vents for easy handling and ventilation. The solid bottom is complemented by a set of 4 heavy-duty swivel casters (2 locking) for easy mobility. These casters add 5.13" to the overall rack height.The solid steel top is designed with dimples to field-mount an optional overhanging laminate top (sold separately). The rack unit also offers generous space for managing wires between front rails and front-to-rear rail supports, with combination knockouts in the rear panels for efficient cable management.The rack rails are fully adjustable (24U) and made from 11-gauge steel with a black finish. They are 10-32 threaded and feature numbered RU increments.
