For liquid-cooled GPU and CPU setups, the side fans' airflow direction has less thermal impact compared to an air-cooled GPU. In comparison to the Y60, the Y40 offers superior air-cooled GPU thermal performance due to its larger clearance between the GPU fans and side glass.
