Leveraging the power of advanced H.264 compression technology, this receiver transmits full HD 1080p signals from HDMI-based displays over a LAN network, ensuring optimal quality with minimal bandwidth usage.Designed for maximum reach, the KanexPro EXT-AVIPH264RX supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) and can transmit signals over a single CATx cable up to a distance of 394 feet (120 meters). This feature allows for versatile broadcasting modes including one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many configurations over an Ethernet switch.The receiver is capable of decoding and extending pure 1080p resolutions up to 394 feet, offering real-time AV coding and decoding to broadcast 1080p. It's also compatible with DVI connections, providing additional flexibility for your setup.The dual power input feature is 802.3af compliant with PoE and DC 5V, eliminating the need for a separate power source when connected through a PoE network switch. This receiver can also be cascaded to multiple extenders for larger network configurations.The KanexPro EXT-AVIPH264RX supports the LPCM audio format and features a smart IP address setting with Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). It also includes a wide-band IR pass-through for source control (38khz to 56khz) and bi-directional UART/RS232 (up to 115200), allowing you to select 8 group Baud rates using a remote controller.Ideal for digital signage and networked AV applications, this receiver delivers full audio, video, power, data, and control using a single Ethernet cable.
