A stainless steel flame tamer reduces flare ups and creates even heat distribution across the 47 x 35cm cooking area. The gas is fully adjustable using the control knob to set the grilling temperature. With the lid open, you can grill steaks, sausages, burgers, etc at high temperature or reduce the temperature and close the lid for a lower, slow cook, ideal for thicker cuts of meat, small joints, etc. The built-in thermometer allows you to monitor the cooking temperature. The chassis is sturdy and there are two detachable side shelves with hooks for useful storage. A removable grease collection cup aids cleaning. Supplied with a gas hose and regulator, this handy BBQ can be used with standard 5kg and 11kg gas cylinders. It does have a gas cartridge holder if you preferred to use same, however this would require a special pressure controller.
