BI-OME is a revolutionary technology, based on the permanent fixing of a non-migrating polymer. As soon as micro-organisms (bacteria, algae or mould) come into contact with BI-OME, it acts like a sword, piercing their cell membrane, deactivating them and thus providing optimal hygiene and long-lasting freshness.
