This variable thickness pattern, called MainFrame, vastly improves COR and forgiveness by maximizing the face's capacity to flex, resulting in explosive ball speed on center strikes and preserved speed on mishits. As an added benefit, removing mass from the face bolsters the cavity back's perimeter-weighted design, yielding additional MOI and stability.
