Description
Corrugated lefse rolling pin. This pin works great for making potato lefse but is also popular for making hardanger lefse. You will need to prep your square cut rolling pin with flour (pack into all the grooves) between each sheet of lefse. Many lefse cooks use rolling pin covers with their lefse pins. Easy rolling action. Made from hardwoods. 2 3/4 inch x 17 1/4 inch. Brush out excess flour with a stiff bristled brush before wiping with a damp cloth, air dry completely.
