Cables for both SH2 & SH3 are included and clearly labelled. **FAQ** Question 1: Will my Internet access be maintained along with my voice service? Answer : Yes Question 2: Will the unit support other BT/EE Hubs? Answer 2: The default unit will support BT Smart Hub 2 (SH2), EE Smart Hub (SH2) and EE Smart Hub Plus (SH3). You can easily identify which version you have as the Hub type is shown on the product label. Please note this unit will not support other hubs supplied by BT or routers supplied by alternative vendors. Question 3: Will a phone connected to the Phone port on the back of the Smart Hub 2 continue to work? Answer 3: The Phone will work as long as it does not rely on mains power itself. Question 4: Will a Phone connected to a Digital Voice Adaptor continue to work?
