Finished by hand in Portugal, the incredibly thin stoneware serving platter from goop features a unique octagonal silhouette with a raised edge, making it the perfect canvas for beautiful food. Inspired by artisanal ceramics found in Provence, the platter is dipped in a thin black engobe for a greater depth of color. Each platter is fired again with a glossy white glaze, which allows the black engobe to show through-a difficult process that gives the finish a rich, hazy undertone.
