The bain-marie from Royal Catering is perfectly suited for keeping food warm, maintaining it at the right temperature for long periods of time. Different container sizes can be used in the basin of this model, for example a GN 1/1 container or you can divide the area with two GN 1/2 containers. This makes it very versatile for you to use and all components of a dish, such as meat, potatoes and sauce, are kept at the desired temperature without burning. The food warmer meets the needs of any upscale food service establishment, as well as restaurants, hotels, canteens, buffets, snack bars, dining halls or retirement homes and hospitals. The bain-marie works with the convection principle: a heating element heats the water between the device and the GN containers and transfers the heat to the containers. This allows you to not only effectively heat even delicate dishes, but also to keep them warm over a long period of time without the risk of burning. The warming container impresses above all with its large filling volume for a GN 1/1 container (not included).
