The Andis #40 Ceramic Edge Detachable Blade is a replacement blade featuring a ceramic cutter insert made from high-grade ceramic, which will stay sharp for up to ten times longer than traditional stainless steel blades. The blade also resists heat for a cooler, more comfortable clip, helping to avoid clipper rash from hot blades. The ceramic technology featured here offers a lower heat transfer and friction index than traditional blades, running on average 50% cooler than steel. This quality universal replacement blade will fit any Andis, Oster or Wahl clipper with a snap-on blade mechanism. Leaves hair 1/100" (0.2.5mm) long.
