Description

The E27 ''Grow'' light bulb has been developed for cultivating and improving growth of a wide variety of plants, including herbs, vegetables and flowers.

The ''Grow'' light bulb features all three LED types (white, red and blue wavelengths). White is regarded as the full spectrum (400 - 700 nm) for promoting root growth. Red (640 - 660 nm) predominantly encourages flowering and the growth of fruit.

This wavelength can increase the number of flowers and extend the duration of the flowering phase. In addition, the blue light (430 - 450 nm) promotes leaf growth. The ''Grow'' light bulb is therefore ideal for cultivation, promoting flowering ability and increasing the harvest from a plant. The bulb offers the optimum wavelengths for healthy and rapid growth of all plant species. For example, vegetable plants strengthened under the ''Grow'' bulb bear more produce and chilli plants produce hotter chillies.

This bulb fits into any E27 socket and can be positioned approx. 20 - 50 cm above the plant. It is important to ensure that the bulbs are not mounted too closely together because insufficient ventilation considerably reduces the normally long service life of the LEDs.
