If the diodes light up red, you should change your frying oil. Do you want to know more about the condition of your oil? In addition to the colour coding, the unit precisely displays the TPM value in percent and the temperature in °C on the LCD display. It is very easy to use: Insert the long sensor into the oil and the device will analyse the condition of the frying oil. After less than 30 s you will get a decisive result that will tell you to change the oil at the right time. In addition, use the temperature to check the frying point for optimal cooking results.
