The Ultra Facial Oil-Free Toner from Kiehl's puts an end to residue and effectively removes dirt and oil from the complexion without stripping or drying it out. Free from oils, parabens, alcohol, colorants and fragrances, the pH-neutral toner has been tested for compatibility and is the solution for quickly oily skin. Valuable ingredients such as silver hair grass root extract and Antarcticine soothe and calm the skin for a hydrated and healthy glow. Application: First, thoroughly cleanse the face with a cleansing gel specially formulated for oily skin. Then apply the toner for oily skin to a cotton pad and gently dab the face. Avoid the direct eye area. It is not necessary to rinse off after use. For intensive cleansing, the toner can be used in the morning and evening and ideally supplemented with a cleansing gel and moisturizer.
