The food warmer will maintain the taste, appearance and consistency of the food over long periods of time. The built-in heating element has a power of 800 watts and creates enough heat from below to keep both small and large portions of food at temperature. In order to guarantee uniform and effective heat, the device also has a halogen lamp with three lightbulbs to keep the food hot from above.
