Backup the whole system
Back up your entire PC, including operating system, configurations, installed software and files.

Incremental backup
Save disk space by backing up only the data that has changed since the last backup.

Versioning
Select the version you want to restore from several backed up versions.

Backup schedule
Scheduled on a daily/weekly basis or triggered by events (boot up, screen lock or log off).

Bare metal restore
Restore your entire PC to a previous version of your system.
Currently only available for Windows devices. Mac devices will be supported at a later date.

File-level restore
Restore individual files or folders.

How is my device backed up?
Your entire PC is backed up to C2 backup servers, including operating system, installed applications, documents and media files.
In case of emergency, you can either restore the whole system or download individual files or folders.

Can I back up external devices?
Yes. When configuring your backup policy, simply select ''Entire device'' as the backup method and make sure ''Back up external devices'' is selected.

How long does the backup take?
Since backup duration depends on available bandwidth, network traffic, and the number and size of files being backed up, it is not possible to accurately predict how long your backup will take. Please also note that a full backup is required the first time, while incremental backups are performed thereafter.
As a guideline, backing up 500 GB of data for the first time can take up to 11 hours at an upload speed of 100 Mbps.
