In comparison to its predecessors of the Petite series, the CS682 has taken a great step forward: it provides DVI signal transmission, shared access to USB 2.0 devices and an incomparable experience in the 2.1-channel audio transmission with powerful bass. Another innovation of the CS682 is the implementation of a port selection switch for the remote station. Now you can select the port switchover from the comfort of your desk, while the switch itself can be placed at a more suitable location.

The CS682 also supports Video DynaSync™ – it stores the EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) of the console monitors to ensure optimal image resolution at all times. The CS682 also supports the latest procedures for port switching at the click of a mouse - just double click with the scroll button on a USB mouse to toggle between ports. Finally, the CS682 supports automatic detection of switched-on devices – if one of the connected computers is switched off, the switch automatically switches to the next switched-on computer
