These metal shelf brackets are handmade in Yorkshire using the same traditional techniques that have been used for hundreds of years. Just like our shelves, these brackets are hand-waxed and handcrafted, meaning each piece has its own unique appearance and markings. Solid Pine Shelves Funky Chunky Furniture creates the finest handmade solid wood shelves. To make these rustic shelves we select top quality, kiln-dried pine. Each shelf is cut to size and finished in our signature rustic style. This leaves in lots of natural timber characteristics and features. Mother Natures own stamp of approval. In this style you can expect to find splits, cracks, knots, shakes, waney edges and twists, along with machine marks in keeping with the rustic style. These are the qualities that set our shelving apart from the rest. And due to the nature of solid wood, every shelf will be different. Truly unique and one of a kind.
