Pressing in, pressing out, riveting, imprinting, edging, bending wires and sheet metal. Beading and embossing of easy to form materials.


With 5 cylindrical pressing tools (surface hardened) inserted into the toothed rack and fixed with a knurled screw: dia. 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 and 8 mm. One each semi-spherical profile 3 and 9 mm diameter as well as a 60° square prism for bending sheet metal. The counterpart is an easily adjustable, hardened revolving plate with all required holes and bottom dies for the included pressing tools.

Toothed rack at one end with 6 mm bore for use of the 8 included bottom dies. 5 mm bore at the other end for use of all commercially available riveting tools: Simply wind the toothed rack upwards, take it out and reinsert it upside down.

Force of pressure approx. 1000 N (100 kg). Maximum stroke of toothed rack with inserted pressing tool 65 mm, above revolving plate 50 mm. Solid steel arm with 120 mm radius. Ground steel base plate, 80 x 190 mm with an 8 mm centre and two fastening bores. Weight approx. 2800 g
