When used in steam inhalation, it can help ease congestion and a blocked nose and when applied to the skin in a carrier oil it can also work as a natural insect repellent. 100% pure, certified organic oil Vegan How to use: Dr Organic recommend a skin patch test 48 hours before use. For patch test and general use, dilute one drop into 10-15 ml of water, then apply to a small area of skin. As an aromatherapy oil, add 3-4 drops to 10-15 ml of water and add to bath. Do not use undiluted on skin.
