The unit is delivered in four pre-assembled sections which are bolted together around the base of your chosen tree. Each section is constructed using mortice and tenon joints reinforced with teak dowels to ensure there is maximum stability.  The curved slats form an ever-decreasing circle around the seating area that creates an elegant and mesmerising design! The beauty of teak is that it is naturally protected against the elements due to its oily, dense nature that resists cracking or splitting without the use of external products. This also allows the teak to age naturally and eventually turn into a silver-grey patina!
