AL ET AL Strange Affair (Rare Archive Quality 1981 UK Private Press 14-track vinyl LP - The One and only album from the contemporary psych-folk band carried by the melancholic songwriting of Allan Thompson over the top of beautiful instrumentation. Released on the small Arnys Shack Records label which belonged to engineer Tony Arnold [who also worked on Three of a Perfect Pair by King Crimson as well several recordings from Robert Fripp]. The picture sleeve displays artwork by Jill Cassidy which is is bright and vivid with no fading to the back of the sleeve which also has a band biography.
