To generate greater distance while using these irons Ping has placed an Elastomer insert within the clubhead to add 21 grams of weight for a much lower centre of gravity. This design has been paired with tungsten weights that have been placed in the toe to provide greater forgiveness on shots while also offering tighter dispersion. The face of this Ping golf club features Milled MicroMax grooves so that golfers can play with more consistent spin and launch on both long and short approach shots to the greens. While playing these types of shots you will be able to enjoy much more bounce and forgiveness.
