Kinesiology tape is capable of helping the body's natural healing process by increasing blood flow around the effected muscle. The tape has been designed so that it is capable of lifting the skin and underlying tissue away from the injured and inflamed muscle giving blood vessels and lymph fluid more space to move round increasing oxygen rich blood flow to the muscle naturally speeding up the healing process and decreasing swelling.
