Providing a 250 x 250mm base this is ideal for solo use and its narrow design allows it to be used even in confined environments. EN131 compliant the steps can withstand up to a 150kg capacity making it suitable for taking items up the steps with you as well so great for use in a retail environment. Safety is assured with the slip-resistant top platform and feet making sure that neither the ladder or you shift while working. Serrated steps reduce the slip hazard from water or paint while safety straps are fitted to the 6 tread 7-tread and 8 tread steps in order to provide extra support. These lightweight platform steps are simple to pack away and comes in a wide range of heights. The 3-tread aluminium step ladders provide a working platform height of 600mm. The 4-tread steps come in 200mm taller with a platform height of 800mm with the 5-treads a 1 metre high platform. As we mentioned earlier the 6-tread step ladders include two straps between the front and back legs as they are taller to reduce the risk of wobble. The 6-tread steps platform height is 1200m or 1.2m if you prefer. You can see a theme here with each additional tread the platform height increases by 200mm so the 7-tread steps provide a platform height of 1400mm with the 8-tread getting a bit lofty at 1600mm. All sets of step ladders include a 600mm guard rail to hold on to. These also prevent you from being able step off the wrong side of the steps.
