These TRAFFIC-LINE steel hoop guard pedestrian barriers provide a versatile yet effective solution to these potential health and safety issues. The hoop guards are manufactured using tubular steel resulting in a rigid robust frame which can be used both internally and externally. The tubular frame measures 48mm in diameter while the wall is 2mm thick. The TRAFFIC-LINE hoop guards are a surface fixed barrier which is secured by 2 mounting plates which have been pre-drilled (bolts not supplied with barriers). One of the main benefits of a surface fixed barrier over a grout in or concrete in barrier is the flexibility should the need arise these barriers can be easily removed and re-positioned with minimal effort. The internal versions of this product are powder coated in a yellow and black finish whereas the outdoor versions are galvanised before the standard yellow and black powder coating is applied providing additional protection against the elements and corrosion.
