Hydraulic systems are subject to high levels of load which cause wear on moving parts this range of lubricants is fortified with the latest additive technology giving outstanding wear resistance and EP properties required for modern hydraulic and circulating systems. The additives also give enhanced corrosion protection properties and supports manufacturers requirements for HACCP and GMP programmes. Vickerklube FG fluids are designed for use in food and clean industries they are certified for use in Halal and Kosher food processing operations and are H1 classified. They are manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21469 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 and meets or exceeds the requirements of ISO-L-HV (accrding to ISO/DIS 6743-4) and HLP (to DIN51524-2). H1 classification is the industry standard for lubricants intended for use in applications where there is potential for incidental food contact. Such incidental contact is limited to a trace amount; it must not exceed 10 parts per million (0.001%) otherwise food is deemed unsafe for consumption. H1 lubricant formulations may only contain certain base stocks additives and thickeners as specified by FDA regulations 21 CFR 178.3750.
