Impact Protection profiles provide both visual warning and safety cushioning to hard unyielding objects Protect industrial buildings equipment and machinery by installing impact protection push-fit profiles. Designed for use on vulnerable corners that could become damaged by impact collision or present a danger in themselves these push-fit profiles are easy and quick to install. They provide a highly visible warning to personnel and safe cushioning to objects that are hard and unyielding. Manufactured in Germany the impact protection profiles are made from highly flexible polyurethane foam which has been designed to absorb impact shock. Ideal for protecting pipes they help to prevent injury to personnel and protect property thereby reducing repair and maintenance costs. Each profile is supplied in a section making it easy to customise. The sections are available in two shaped profiles two trapeze and one rounded. The trapeze measure 40mm x 40mm and 40mm x 80mm respectively while the rounded profile is 40mm diameter. The foam material can easily be cut to the required length. The profiles are fixed by simply pushing onto the corners where they are required. It is also possible to fix them more securely with the application of conventional adhesives. Push-fit impact protection profiles are sold in in a standard colour finish yellow and black for high visibility in accordance with DIN 4844. They are also available in white red and red & white as these options are made to order they are not returnable and delivery will take 20 working days.
