The RectraPost GL Bollard is a high-tech bollard that gives businesses the flexibility to restrict unauthorised vehicle access; whilst allowing traffic through at their discretion. The distinct design of these bollards makes them fully retractable into the ground making them ideal for forecourts and pedestrian areas. It also has the added benefit that there is no need to transport and store the bollards when they are not being used. This makes them ideal for controlling vehicle access to forecourts and pedestrian areas with the flexibility to lower them when required. These RetractaPost bollards are available in a total of six different variations including finish size and the option of assisted lifting. The bollards are available in either a fully galvanised or galvanised and painted finish The posts are available in a diameter of either 90 or 114mm. The pull-up weight of these bollards is dependent upon their size and whether or not they have assisted lift. The lift-assist mechanism is available on both the stainless steel and galvanised bollards – with a diameter of 114mm. The lift-assist models are fitted with an internal gas strut which makes them easier to lift and lower; reducing the risk of injury to the operator. All variants of the bollard have a top handle to enable an easy lift and lower. The integral seven pin lock system is specifically designed to combat to use of drills. These RectractPost GL bollards are available with locks which can be keyed alike or randomly to add an additional level of security.
